"Wines of Germany unveils 50 winning wines for 2014

 

For the first time ever, Wines of Germany has named the Top 50 German wines.

 

Hundreds of German wines, in a varying range of styles, were entered into the competition in the hope of being named one of the Top 50. A range of grape varieties including Riesling, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir were tasted by a specialist panel led by top UK palate and Riesling Revivalist, Joe Wadsack.

 

Wines of Germany is delighted to announce the Top 50 German wines 2014 which were officially announced in the May issue of Harpers Wine & Spirit."
