This dry Pinot Blanc was aged in new barriques for about twelve months. It’s a powerful wine, rich in extract, and modeled after its French counterparts in Burgundy. Notes of yellow fruit, balanced acidity, and smooth creaminess make our Blanc de Blanc a perfect partner with poached fish or shellfish in a creamy sauce.
