Our 2012 Rüdesheimer comes from the sites Bischofsberg, Magdalenenkreuz, Roseneck, and Klosterlay as well as unclassified portions of Berg Rottland. It is a reflection of its origin - Rüdesheim - and a preview of what awaits in wines produced from Schlossberg and classified parcels in Rottland. A wine of character, absolutely dry with a fine mineral note and a ripe, juicy acidity. Try it with aged cheese or Italian salami - you'll love it!
