We had originally planned to bottle this strictly limited edition only in magnums and a very few Balthazars (12-liter bottles). In response to repeated requests, the 2012 vintage of this extraordinary wine is also available in a few 75-cl bottles. We feel that this dry, thoroughly mineral Riesling is really something special. It is truly a monumental reflection of the Rüdesheimer Berg - its origin is unmistakable. By the way, all of the large-sized bottles were completely sold out via subscription prior to the wine's actual market release. Secure one of the limited number of 75-cl bottles of this exceptional wine. Enjoy it during the holidays or let it age a few years in the cellar. Great white wines can be both: a pleasure to drink now and a treasure to relish later thanks to its aging potential. A little tip, in case you decide to drink it during the holidays: the 2012 RESSpekt is a perfect partner with braised/stewed dishes as well as pan-fried/sautéed meat.
