Wine of the month

August has been a hot month, so we’re happy to feature the wine we’re enjoying the most these days: our 2011 BALTHASAR RESS Rheingau Riesling feinherb (off-dry).

It’s an ideal wine for unwinding after a nice summer day: juicy, delicate, with a fine Riesling fruitiness. Thanks to its well-balanced acidity, the wine is stimulating and whets the appetite for more, even after two or three glasses.
