Employee profile August 2013

In June, Dennis successfully completed his apprenticepship as a cellar technician and now holds a position of responsibility "on the first floor" with Christine Horne and Franz Idstein. His work involves everything related to packaging our wines, the warehouse, and shipping. The 22-year-old from Wiesbaden is an enthusiastic beekeeper in his free time; he also makes his own apple wine; and once a year, he and his father slaughter one of their pigs and make sausage. Dennis is not a complete newcomer: he did part of his apprenticeship with our cellar master Sascha Wagner. We're pleased that Dennis decided to join our team and we extend a hearty welcome.
