In recent years, Kai was involved in large-scale, national catering and he had his own catering business for many years. He is a typical “child of the restaurant business.” He’s used to dealing with stress and handling problems on a storm front, and he has a way with people. Because he’s also totally committed to his profession, it comes as no surprise that his hobbies are food and wine. Kai is not unknown to us. His companion is Nina Baumgärtner, who runs our Weinbar & Vinothek in Wiesbaden with Carina Diepenbrock. She’s also involved in sales in the Rhein-Main region. So, you could say that we’re all part of a large family. We’re pleased that Kai is part of our Balthasar Ress team.
