We were able to present the first cask samples at the ProWein trade fair in Düsseldorf, and they were well received. All of our young wines have a distinctive character, clearly reflect their origin, and have been vinified to produce a more consistent style than Balthasar Ress wines of the past.

Vintage Report 2011

 

Preparations for our annual vintage presentation are in full swing. On Saturday, 12 May 2012, we’re opening the doors of our winery cellars, Rheinallee 50, in Hattenheim. Why not enjoy a nice day in the Rheingau as well as sample the broad and diverse range of our 2011 wines.
