1. Tell us a bit about your hotel.

The Dorint Hotel Frankfurt-Niederrad is a four-star superior city and conference hotel with 191 rooms and suites; an “a la carte restaurant”; a bar; three rooms for conferences and events - each with 100 square meters of space; six discussion rooms; two conference suites; and facilities for swimming and sauna.

 

 

2. What do you particularly enjoy about working with our products?

The wines as well as their marketing and sales are simply special. Something sets them apart from others.

 

Young, dynamic, modern. The wine tastings are casual, easy-going, fresh, and uncomplicated. That makes tasting a pleasure.

 

You can feel that there’s joy and passion behind these wines. The Weinbar & Vinothek in Wiesbaden is also great.

 

 

3. How did your contact with Balthasar Ress come about and what do you like about us and our wines?

I worked with Nina Baumgärtner and Carina Diepenbrock at the Dorint in Wiesbaden.

 

I fell in love with “Von Unserm.” It’s my favorite wine.

 

An educational tour through the vineyards and in the wineBANK with apprentices sparked my enthusiasm.

 

As of this year, Balthasar Ress wines are also available in the Dorint Niederrad and the tour through the Balthasar Ress vineyards with our apprentices on 15 May was a great experience.

 

“Wine in tubes” is particularly well suited for our international clientele. The total amount of wine in the tubes does not exceed the quantity permitted in carry-on baggage.

 

There’s no better souvenir of the Rheingau region or a gift for loved ones at home.
