As previously announced, we've salvaged the bottles of 2009 RESSpekt that we sank in the quarry pond in Diez on the Lahn River. Here are some pictures.

 

The Balthazar (@12 liters) that's been slumbering at the bottom of the pond for three years will be poured by the glass at our Weinbar & Vinothek in Wiesbaden on Friday and Saturday, 14 and 15 June 2013. Don't miss this unique opportunity.
