Do you remember? In 2010, we sank several bottles of our best dry wine.

 

Now, three years later, it's time to recover this "treasure". After three years of aging under absolutely perfect conditions, you can be there - in person - for the salvage. If you have a diver's license, you are welcome to help us with our rescue efforts. The divers' station in Diez will be offering all the necessary equipment at a special rental price. We'll also be accompanied by a film crew, of course, and for those who prefer to remain "dry" on shore, one or more of our 2012 Rieslings will be provided for refreshment. For those whose schedules don't permit them to be in Diez live for this event, we'll be pouring our underwater-matured 2009 RESSpekt bottled in a rare Balthazar (@ 12 liters) in our Weinbar & Vinothek in Wiesbaden on 14 and 15 June 2013. This will be the only opportunity to sample this extremely rare and highly sought-after wine by the glass.
