Freshly filled April/May 2015

With this vintage we’ve come a step closer to what we feel a contemporary Pinot should be. The plump, overly concentrated style is a thing of the past. Fresh, cool, and rich in finesse – this is the profile we want to capture. Vintage 2013 was a perfect medium. And this is only the beginning. A few barrels of our »Von Unserm S« are still lying in cask as are three splendid barrels of our top red wine, Caviar de Pinot. The latter will not be available before the end of the year. You’ll have to take the words of Job to heart: “patience, faith, reward.”

 

Our »Von Unserm« Pinot Noir offers a preview of the truly extraordinary Pinot vintage 2013. The wine is available immediately and costs 13.70 Euros per bottle.
