Employee profile May 2013

Tanja Kern joined our team last year. After several years "in exile" across the Rhine in Rheinhessen, the native of Eltville is back in the Rheingau. As the daughter of a wine-grower, she was "bitten" by the wine virus early on. She trained as an office employee. At our wine estate, she is responsible for reception, the telephone exchange, and filing.

She also has special status in the officie: she's the only woman on the team who is interested in soccer. She used to be an active player, and remains an avid fan of 1.FC Köln. Today, the mother of two sons loves to read criminal novels in her spare time, and although she has retired her jersey, she enjoys boating.
