After Clemens von Eltz, he is the second “noble” on staff...for whatever it’s worth. The 25-year-old von Oetinger completed his vintner’s training successfully and with flying colors. He joined us right after his apprenticeship at Weingut Allendorf in the Rheingau. The von Oetinger family in Erbach has a long history as winemakers. Adrian is also a member of the volunteer firefighters in Erbach and an active table tennis player. He is deeply rooted in the region and lives with his longtime girlfriend in Eltville. A true “child of the Rheingau,” who will be an important member of our team working in the cellar as well as in the vineyards. We are happy to have him with us.
