The wineBANK Hamburg in numbers: 22 vaults, 240 compartments, 600 square meters of wine pleasure. It affords wineBANKers storage for more than 24,000 bottles of wine. The last wineBANKers’ table in Hattenheim was devoted to wines from the Kaiserstuhl in Baden. Martin Bercher was our guest. He brought along a selection of his wonderful wines. It goes without saying that Pinots were the focus of the evening. Bercher, who has family ties in the Rheingau – his wife is a native of the region – provided a wealth of information throughout the evening, including just the right answers to questions posed by wineBANKers and their guests.
