In cooperation with a local restaurateur, we offer a "cooking experience" in our historical manor house.
A memorable event for you and your guests.
Cooking studio in the manor house
Your guests will be welcomed with a glass of refreshing sparkling wine from our house and tasty finger food.
Regardless of the size of the group, we suggest dividing the group into small groups - this enables individual
guests to have closer contact with the chefs de cuisine. The restaurateur supplies chef's jackets, hats and aprons.
You should allow ca. 3-4 hours for food prep, depending on how much time you have available. You and your guests
will take care of basic preparation; the chefs handle the finishing touches to warm dishes, so that after your
work is done, you can all have a seat at the dinner table and spend the rest of the evening in a relaxed atmosphere
fully enjoying the wines selected to go with the menu.

Thanks to the "open" kitchen, guests can also be involved in final prep, if desired. The chef de cuisine announces
every course, moderates the evening, and shares interesting information - depending on your wishes and
the mood, this can be a couple of brief statements or a more detailed explanation. A creative range of
spices are available on the dinner table - some of which are probably not in your spice rack at home - so that
everyone can season their food to taste.
Winery webcam
Our
webcam sends live pictures from the Hattenheimer Nussbrunnen vineyard, our press house, and our bottling hall. Webcam transmissions end when there is longer sufficient light, and the final pictures of the day are sent at night.
